Planning permission is being sought for the construction of a new housing development in Roscommon.
Simon Coyle has lodged an application with the county council to demolish two derelict buildings at Carricknagat in Four Roads and construct 8 homes.
Plans include the detached homes along with the installation of waste water treatment system, storm water drainage system and the provision of a public path fronting the site along the R357 road.
