Planning permission is being sought for substantial works at a Leitrim National School.
Padraig Kenny on behalf of St. Hughs N.S in Kilmore in Dowra is seeking permission for the demolition of a water tower and outbuildings on school property.
It's planned to create new car parking spaces and a bus set down area in their place.

The application includes the new parking infrastructure as well as all ancillary works included with the project.
Leitrim County Planners will decide on the issue in October.
