Permission is being sought for a new residential development in Longford.
The construction would consist of nine new, two-storey, four-bedroom houses in Stonepark.
The development is proposed by Michael Maguire, and would include internal access road and footpaths, and a green open space.

The construction also provides the formation of connections to the water treatment unit and percolation area in the adjoining residential development known as "The Rocks".
The plans will be decided upon in the first weeks of October.
