A well known local company is seeking planning permission to extend manufacturing facilities at their Longford base.
Glennon Brothers Timber Limited has lodged an application for their timber factory at Cooleeny, off the N4 near Longford.
Plans include the construction of a new 2,421 square metre building for light manufacturing and storage purposes.

The application also includes all ancillary works needed to complete the project.
The company was recently awarded permission for a major renewable energy project to see over 1000 squared metres of solar panels on the roof tops of the facility.
County planners will decide on the application in June.
