Roscommon County Council has given the go ahead for the construction of a 30 metre telecommunications mast near Mantua.
The application had been submitted by Shared Access Ltd for the transmission equipment to be located at Mullenduff.
Plans include a concrete structure to hold the 30 metre structure, antennae, dishes and telecom equipment.

Also included in the plans is a new access point through field boundary, fencing, cabling, and ground based equipment cabinets.
Roscommon planners made the decision with 9 conditions attached.
