Placement of refugees in Ballaghaderreen becoming key election issue

The Government has once again been criticised over its placement of refugees in towns like Ballaghaderreen.

Local residents and public representatives have long called for additional supports for those areas taking in asylum seekers.

Sinn Féin TD and general election candidate Claire Kerrane says the accommodation of immigrants has been badly mishandled.
