Permission sought for works at popular Co. Leitrim Marina

Planning permission is being sought for upgrade works at a popular Leitrim Marina.

G.T. Hare Systems Irl Ltd has applied to Leitrim County Council for the works at the Ballinamore Marina on the Convent Road in the Town.

The plans seek the construction of 4 shower rooms, toilets and an onshore boat foul waste disposal store with connection to the existing town sewer.

Also contained in the application, G.T. Hare Systems Irl Ltd applied for the retention of an open storage area, the change of use of an area to an entrance and all associated site works.

Leitrim County Planners will decide on the case by the end of August.
