A communications company has lodged planning permission for the construction of a 30 metre mast near Ballinasloe.
Cignal Infrastructure Limited has applied to build the multi-user lattice tower telecommunications structure with headframe, carrying antenna and dishes at Skyvalley in Taughmaconnell.
The structure would be enclosed in a 2.4 metre high palisade fence compound with associated ground equipment.
