Planning permission has been granted for a new residential development in north Roscommon.
The project, submitted by TP Halligan Ltd will see the construction of four three-bedroom townhouses at Knockglass, Ballinameen.
Approval comes with 23 conditions attached by the Roscommon County Council.

Plans also include boundary treatments, road access, and a pre-treatment system.
The development will connect to all existing public services in the area.
