Today marks one year since Storm Éowyn swept across the country and left over 800 thousand homes without power.
The strongest storm to ever hit the country caused extensive damage to local parks and buildings, as well as a lack of water supply for over one hundred thousand people.
The devastation from the storm is still being felt today, with Coillte estimating it won't be until 2027 before its clean-up operation is complete.
