Sligo University Hospital was the fourth most overcrowded in the country today.
That's according to the INMO's latest trolley watch report.
Wednesday's figures show there 54 patients waiting for a bed there this morning.
This included 26 in the emergency department and 28 on wards elsewhere.
Meanwhile, there were 14 patients waiting at Portiuncula and 9 in the Midland Regional Hospital in Mullingar.
