Ireland West Airport has advised passengers due to fly today to contact their airline for the latest and most up to date information.
The airport is expecting to operate as normal, however passengers are advised to take extra care on the roads and arrive at least 2 hours pre flight.
Five flights are scheduled to both depart and arrive at Ireland West today.
County Mayo, where the airport is located will be under a status orange warning from 2pm this afternoon until 10pm.
