There were almost 70 admitted patients waiting for a bed at local hospitals this morning.
That's according to the INMO's latest trolley watch report.
Tuesday's figures show there were 52 patients waiting in Sligo University Hospital.

This included 33 in the emergency department and 19 on wards elsewhere.
Meanwhile, there were 16 patients waiting in the Midland Regional Hospital in Mullingar.
