Over 620 Ukrainian students enrolled in local schools

There's been an increase in the number of Ukrainians attending schools across the Shannonside region.

623 pupils are now attending primary and secondary schools in Longford, Leitrim and Roscommon.

Leitrim has the most Ukrainians enrolled in schools at 313, 195 are in primary and 118 in secondary.

196 are attending school in Roscommon with 147 in primary and 49 in secondary.

While in Longford, 114 are enrolled in school with 57 in primary and secondary respectively.
