There were over 50 patients waiting for a bed at local hospitals this morning.
That's according to the INMO's latest trolley watch report.
Thursday's figures show there 31 patients waiting in Sligo University Hospital.
This included 20 in the emergency department and 11 on wards elsewhere.
Meanwhile, there were 13 patients waiting at Portiuncula and 10 in the Midland Regional Hospital in Mullingar.
