Outages are affecting 1,777 customers in Ballaghaderreen, 822 in Boyle, 818 in Longford, and 64 in Arigna.
Strong winds and heavy rain brought by the storm have led to localised flooding and damage in parts.
Met Éireann is warning of adverse conditions including difficult travel, fallen trees, and possible lightning damage in the affected counties.
ESB crews are working to restore electricity supply as quickly as possible, and is reminding the public to stay clear of fallen or damaged wires.
A Status Yellow wind warning remains in place for Leitrim until 4pm.
