Over 30 waiting for a bed at local hospitals

Over 30 people were waiting on trolleys at hospitals across the Shannonside region today.

That's according to the latest figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation.

30 people were waiting for a bed at Sligo University Hospital as of this morning.

There was 1 waiting at Portiuncula University Hospital in Ballinasloe whilst 4 patients were waiting for a bed at the Midland Regional Hospital in Mullingar.
