There will be no change to the property tax adjustment factor in Co Roscommon next year.
The base rate is set for the country, but local councillors can vary it by up to 15 per cent, plus or minus.
The alliance that controls Roscommon County Council have decided not to change their current adjustment factor for 2026 - and this will be confirmed at a forthcoming meeting.
