A local Senator says Roscommon and Longford have received no new Gardaí following the latest graduation ceremony in Templemore last week.
Fine Gael's Gareth Scahill raised the issue in the Seanad this week.
141 new Gardaí will be deployed across the Dublin Metropolitan Region, with 14 assigned to the Southern Region, 27 to the Eastern Region and 11 to the North-Western Region.

However, Senator Scahill says the Roscommon-Longford Garda division continues to be overlooked:
