People in Sligo/Leitrim who have concerns about their accommodation rights are being encouraged to join a new Tenants Union.
A branch of the Community Action Tenants Union, which was established in Dublin some years ago is being established locally in the coming weeks.
CATU is made up of renters, council tenants, mortgage holders, and people in emergency or precarious living situations, and defends their rights through collective action/
