There are new hopes a former convent in west Roscommon will become a hotel.
The Franciscan Missionaries of Mary left the building in Loughglynn Demesne in 2003, and it's been vacant ever since.
There were plans for a 65-room hotel there 20 years ago, but they never went ahead.

The building was sold again around a year ago, and local woman Mildrid Byrne has been speaking to the new owner:
