New health hub will create better quality of life for users, says local TD

A local TD and GP says an innovative health hub can provide a better quality of life for people in Roscommon. Martin Daly was speaking following the official opening of the Hello Goodlife Health and Wellbeing Hub last Saturday. The hub is located at Roscommon Fitness Zone and will be run by Michael and Aisling O'Connor. It's the first dedicated power-assisted movement and wellbeing facility of its kind in the region. The centre is desiged to support physical fitness, mental resilience and social connection regardless of age, mobility, or previous experience. The Fianna Fáil health spokesperson says regular exercise is important as we age:
