National Broadband Ireland has announced that construction is underway to deliver high-speed broadband to over 300 homes, farms and businesses in the Bawnboy deployment area in Co Leitrim.
334 premises in the area are under construction to have high-speed fibre network, due to be connected by the end of next year.
The NBI says Co. Leitrim will receive €46m of Government investment under the National Broadband Plan.
