Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision in Roscommon yesterday evening.
The collision occurred on the R357 Ballinasloe to Shannonbridge Road at Cloneish at approximately 5:15 pm.
The RTC involved a car and a motorcycle.

The motorcyclist, a man aged in his 30s, was taken to Ballinasloe Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased later in the evening.
No other injuries have been reported.
The R357 Ballinasloe to Shannonbridge Road remains closed this morning and local diversions are in place.

Gardaí are asking anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who may have camera or dash-cam footage to contact them.
