Enoch Burke’s mother and sister have been found guilty of contempt of court.
A High Court judge has ordered the immediate arrest and imprisonment of both women for two weeks.
Martina and Ammi Burke were removed from a High Court hearing involving Enoch last month, after they refused to stop interrupting proceedings by shouting and roaring.
Last week, they appeared before the same court, where they were each given opportunities to defend their actions.
Today, Judge Brian Cregan ordered the two women be jailed for two weeks for their behaviour.
He said it had become clear the Burke family believe they are above the law, adding “they are not exceptional, but they are exceptionally unable to accept what every other citizen in this country accepts every day” by abiding by the law.
Martina and Ammi were not present in court today, and an order was made for their immediate arrest and committal to prison.
Judge Cregan said he also intended to make an order that Martina, Ammi and Isaac Burke would have to attend all future hearings involving Enoch remotely, adding “it is long past time for the court to call a halt to this family circus”.
