The Children's Minister says she's open to finding a way to open a new childcare centre in Boyle. Local TD Claire Kerrane told Norma Foley 77 per cent of kids under 4 have no access to a childcare place in the town.
There is a government scheme that allows communities to buy or build new creches, called Building Blocks. But Deputy Kerrane says it's too limited for the Boyle Community Childcare Committee:
