More than 12 thousand new jobs were created by Enterprise Ireland-backed companies last year.
The agency says its 2025 end-of-year results show a net employment gain of nearly three thousand.
Almost 70 percent of new jobs were created outside Dublin, although companies continue to cite cost pressures as a major concern.
