The Minister of Education was in west Roscommon this morning to officially open two new special education classes and refurbished science laboratories at Castlerea Community School. The new classes, named Solas, have been developed to support students with additional educational needs.
Hildegarde Naughton's visit also marked the unveiling of upgraded science labs for practical learning. Minister Naughton says investment such as this promote inclusion and opportunity for every student:
