Gardaí are investigating the theft of equipment from ESB vans in the Midlands over the Bank Holiday weekend.
Two ESB vehicles were broken into overnight Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday in Mullingar.
Tools were taken from both vehicles which were parked outside a local hotel in the town.

Gardaí are appealing for anyone who noticed anything suspicious or who was in the Marlinstown area of Mullingar between 8pm Sunday and 8am Monday to get in touch.
ESB has condemned the incident and is currently working with Gardaí as part of their investigation.
