A man is to appear in court today following his arrest during the course of a burglary in Athlone yesterday.
The man in his 30s was arrested yesterday afternoon after Gardaí were notified of a break in at a property in St. Paul's terrace in the Town.
He was taken into Garda custody yesterday and was charged this morning in Athlone Garda Station.

He will appear in Tullamore Court this afternoon at 2 o'clock.
