The man who died in the road traffic accident on the R280 between Drumkeerin and Manorhamilton has been named locally as Michael O' Brien.
Michael was a well known traditional musician in the region.
The accident occurred at around 5.00pm on Friday evening and it involved a car and a tractor.

Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to this collision to come forward.
Any road users who may have dash-cam video and were travelling on the R280 at Killargue, between 4:30pm and 5:30pm are asked to make this footage available to Gardaí.
