A man is due to appear in court following a series of arson attacks in Longford town.
Five vehicles were burned out shortly after 5am on Saturday, December 27th in a number of areas.
These were Ardnacassa Avenue, Palace Crescent, Ardeevan, Lisbrack Road and Canal Court.

Emergency services attended the incidents and no injuries have been reported.
A man, in his 30s, was arrested.
He has ubsequently been charged and is due to appear before Longford District Court later this month.
