A man in his 30s has been remanded on bail following a drugs seizure in Athlone late last week.
Gardai searched a property in the Willow Park area of Athlone on Friday afternoon and a quantity of cannabis, believed to be worth an estimated €20,000 was seized.
Two people were arrested at the scene, and a man was later charged and appeared in court in Mullingar.

He was granted bail and is due back in court again in the coming weeks. Investigations are ongoing.
