4 year old Tadhg Farrell and his grand-aunt Mary Holt were found dead in the front room of the house in Castleview Park after the fire on December 6th.

A man in his late 20s has been arrested in connection with an arson attack that killed two people in Edenderry, County Offaly. 4 year old Tadhg Farrell and his grand-aunt Mary Holt were found dead in the front room of the house in Castleview Park after the fire on December 6th. Tadhg's grandmother was removed to hospital for treatment to serious burn injuries.

A black Kia Rio car with a 08-D registration was later found burnt out in County Kildare. The man arrested this morning is being held on suspicion of murder at a Garda station in the midlands.
