A man accused of a serious assault in Ballaghaderreen, which led to the death of another man, has been further remanded on bail.
Englishman Jorden Newin suffered serious injuries after the alleged assault in the early hours of New Year’s Day.
The 39-year-old later died in hospital.

Yevhen Shutko, 46, who lives in Co Roscommon, was charged with assault causing serious harm last month.
He re-appeared in Ballaghaderreen District Court today and was remanded on bail until March 13th.
