He was charged with criminal damage by arson in court yesterday evening.

A 22-year-old man is due to appear in court next week in relation to the investigation into a fatal house fire in County Offaly last year.
He was charged with criminal damage by arson in court yesterday evening.
4-year-old Tadgh Farrell and his grand-aunt Mary Holt died after a suspected petrol bomb attack on a house in Edenderry last December.
Yesterday evening, 22 year-old Michael Dunne with an address in County Kildare appeared at Tullamore District Court.

He was charged with criminal damage by arson - and also with endangerment.
Judge Andrew Coady remanded him in custody, to appear before the court again next Wednesday via video link.
