Uisce Eireann have confirmed they are set to commence works next month on a major water mains replacement project in West Roscommon. The works are due to take place between Cloonfad and Lowberry Cross with 5km of new water mains set to be installed.
People living in the area have been faced with constant disruption to their water supply in recent years. Local Councillor Paschal Fitzmaurice says there has been further disruption this week:
