A Longford publican says 'things are bad' for the pub industry at the moment.
Earlier this week, the Vintners' Federation of Ireland claimed pubs are facing an 'existential threat,' with over 2,220 pubs closing in the past 20 years.
Two-thirds of publicans say rising costs are having an 'unsustainable impact on operations.'
It's estimating an average of 128 pubs are closing per year.
