A local first responders group is warning the Longford public that the Clonguish GAA centre defibrillator will be unavailable over the coming week.
The life saving equipment is currently located at the Longford Community Vaccine centre in Newtownforbes.
The defib has been removed by members of the Newtownforbes first Responders group for essential maintenance, with the equipment due back at the GAA centre by Thursday.

The group is advising that Smiths Shop in the village houses another unit in case of any emergency.
