County Longford is in the middle of a domestic violence crisis. That's according to the CEO of the local Women's Link, Tara Farrell, who was speaking at a seminar in Longford today. The two-day training conference involves a number of frontline agencies including An Garda Síochána. Chief Superintendent Raymond McMahon and leading criminologist Professor Jane Monckton Smith were among the speakers this morning. Tara Farrell says Longford Women's Link supported over 300 women and children last year:
