Longford County Council is asking people to take part in an online survey to help them improve their services to the public.
The Draft Customer Service Charter published on the council's website outlines the local authority's commitment to what customers and members can expect when they deal with the council.
Anyone who's interested in filling out the questionnaire is asked to visit the councils website at longfordcoco.ie and click on the Customer Service Charter Public Consultation Link.

The closing date for submission is the 2nd of April.
