Longford councillor calls for safety signs to be erected on two county roads

Fine Gael's Martin Skelly raised the issue at this week's Ballymahon Municipal District meeting.

A Longford councillor has called for safety signs to be erected on two roads in the county.
Fine Gael's Martin Skelly raised the issue at this week's Ballymahon Municipal District meeting.
He wants to see works carried out on the Ballymahon to Newtowncashel road and the Corlea to Kenagh village road.

Longford County Council confirmed at the meeting that the two routes are on the road upgrades programme next year.
