A Ballinasloe player scooped the top prize of €500,000 in the EuroMillions Plus Draw on Friday
It's the second win in as many weeks for those in the east Galway town, with half a million euro also being won on June 24th.
The winning ticket was sold at the EuroSpar store in Townparks in Ballinasloe.
While in Roscommon, 2 people have walked away with big prizes from the national Lotto and Euromillions.
A winning €136,000 ticket was sold in the Supervalu store in Castlerea, while another punter scooped over €26,000 in the Euromillions draw on Saturday.
That ticket was sold at the AppleGreen & Gala store in Boyle.
It brings the total prize money given out to lotto players in the region in the past 2 weeks to over €1.1 million.
