A local TD has failed to rule out serving as a minister in the future.
Roscommon- Galway Deputy Martin Daly was elected for the first time in 2024.
It was previously mooted that the Fianna Fáil representative would be considered for two vacancies which recently arose.
However, those positions went to Catherine Ardagh and Niall Collins.
