The Midlands MEP said blockades would have ended sooner had Micheál Martin opened dialogue with those organising them.

A local MEP has taken aim at Micheál Martin, claiming former Taoiseach Bertie Ahern would have ended nationwide fuel protests much sooner.
Ciaran Mullooly was speaking as hundreds of people marched through Roscommon town yesterday to show their support for nationwide protests.

The Midlands MEP said blockades would have ended sooner had Micheál Martin opened dialogue with those organising them.
