House prices locally were higher in the fourth quarter of 2025 than a year previously.
That's according to the latest Daft.ie report which shows market prices in counties Longford, Leitrim, Roscommon, Cavan and Monaghan have each seen an increase.
In Monaghan, the average price for a three-bed semi-d has risen by 22.2 per cent to over 272 thousand while Leitrim sees an increase of 17.3 per cent to 243 thousand euro.
Roscommon also saw double figure percentage increase at 14.1 per cent to 225 thousand euro.
County Cavan saw a rise of 5.3 per cent with prices there 227 thousand euro.
While average prices in Longford rose by 5.9 per cent to 203 thousand euro.
