The average price of a three-bedroom semi-detached home in Leitrim and Longford has increased over the last three months.
That's according to the latest REA Average House Price Index.
The average three bed semi-detached property in Leitrim stands at just over €222,000 whilst it's €214,000 in Longford.

Meanwhile, prices in Roscommon remain unchanged at €215,000.
