Local hospital third busiest in the country today

A local hospital is continuing to deal with overcrowding. The latest INMO figures show that Sligo University Hospital was the third most overcrowded this morning.

There were 26 waiting for a bed, with 17 in the emergency department and 9 in wards elsewhere. Letterkenny University Hospital is the country's most overcrowded hospital with 43 recorded there.
