A local hospital is welcoming the appointment of a new staff member
Leanne Norton has been appointed as the new Bereavement Support Midwife at Portiuncula Hospital.
She obtained her nursing degree from TUS in 2008 and worked as a midwife in Mullingar Hospital for a number of years, and the Rotunda in Dublin.

Leanne says she feels very privileged to be in a position to care and support women and families experiencing the loss of a pregnancy
