A local homecare provider is creating an additional 25 jobs in Longford, Roscommon and Westmeath.
Bluebird Care hope to recruit the additional homecare assistants over the next three months and will offer a €1000 bonus to anyone hired during that time period.
The company which is based at Monksland in Athlone currently employs 70 people across the three counties.

Managing Director Oliver Daly hopes the new roles will enable people to live independently in their own surroundings.
